La creación de personajes en guión es algo realmente difícil, hay que trabajar mucho para conseguir que el público sienta empatía por ellos, que sean atractivos para el espectador, que hagan avanzar la trama con sus decisiones y que encima haya química con el resto de personajes. ¡Menudo reto! 

Realmente no es tan complicado, y se va haciendo más fácil cuantos más guiones vayas escribiendo, porque todo se reduce a pura mecánica creativa. La creatividad tiene reglas, los guiones tienen normas. Nunca hemos sido del todo libres. Nuestras ideas y nuestras idas de olla dependen de si son favorables o no para los que nos rodean. Dependemos de nuestro entorno para sobrevivir, esa es la putada. Simplifiquemos esta mecánica a una forma muy simple.

After listening to thousands of pitches I can tell you that a “sticky story,” not just a story, but one I can easily remember. When you pitch someone it’s an opportunity to spread the word about your film to all their friends, right?
Yes, but only if they can remember it. “Made to Stick” by Chip and Dan Heath says that “too often you are cursed with too much knowledge.” Bringing that wealth of info into a simple sticky story is the key to the perfect pitch.
